We are able to accommodate anything that you desire for a perfect day on the water. Single anglers, all the way up to multi boat corporate team building days away from the office.
We have the luxury of being able to offer guided fishing trips in North Texas for single species or multiple species! The lakes which we serve are Lake Lewisville, Lake Grapevine and Lake Texoma.
If you are new to the lake and just want to learn different patterns or tactics that produce, or maybe you have a new boat and want to learn how to operate your electronics.
We have rigged multiple different fishing boats and have learned that a proper installation is a key to getting the best image of what is going on below the water surface.
We are on the water year round in all safe weather conditions.
Winds above 25 mph and lightning are the only things that will cause us to have to reschedule.
Client safety is top priority while on board the Barefoot boat.
We provide all rods, reels, bait and tackle and safety equipment. As required by Texas law, children 12 and under must wear a life jacket whenever they are onboard the boat on the water.
Your guide will assist in baiting hooks, landing fish and taking photos of your big ones!
We keep a cooler full of ice on the boat for any snacks or drinks you would like to consume during our fishing trip. The only thing we ask is no glass is brought onboard the boat.
Proper weather attire is suggested, hats, sunglasses, sunscreen etc.

Anybody 17 or older will need a Tx freshwater fishing license available online.
Lake Texoma requires its own Lake Texoma fishing license.
We will reserve your booking on the calendar by taking a credit card number.
Cards are not charged prior to the fishing trip and card information is deleted from our system upon trip completion.
We will allow cancellations up to 48 hours of scheduled booking. There will be no charges in the event of a weather cancellation.
In the event of a no show, the credit card provided during booking will be charged the agreed upon fishing trip rate.
Barefoot Guide Service accepts all major credit cards, PayPal, and Venmo but cash is always the preferred method for payment.
Credit cards will charge an extra 3% to process.
A 20% tip is customary with most outdoor guide services However a tip is what you personally feel the experience is worth. Any amount is greatly appreciated and certainly no amount is demanded.
Your guide will give all efforts possible so that you experience the best possible trip in any weather condition throughout the year.
Boat ramp location will be determined at booking of the fishing trip.
We will send an address once location is determined.
Our boat ramp for Lake Lewisville is the Little Elm Boat Ramp.
Our boat ramp for Lake Grapevine is the Murrell Park Boat Ramp.
Our boat ramp for Lake Texoma is Cedar Mills Marina.
*Location is subject to change due to fishing conditions, all changes will be communicated within 24 hours prior to fishing trip date.
*Lightning is always a no go, we monitor the weather daily and will make the call collectively and reschedule if needed.
